Delivery Information

We strive to ensure that your order reaches you as promptly as possible. Delivery times are based on the type of products in your order and the destination of your delivery. Charges are calculated per order, and if you have ordered multiple items, they will be shipped according to the highest delivery type. It's possible for products to arrive separately, but rest assured, you will only be charged one delivery fee per order.

Please give us a street address for delivery—we cannot ship to PO Boxes.

Delivery Time

Sydney, Melbourne & Brisbane Metro: 1-3 business days

Regional NSW, VIC, QLD & ACT: 2-4 business days

Country NSW, VIC, QLD & SA: 3-7 business days

TAS, WA, NT, North QLD: 7-10 business days

Please Note: The transit times listed are estimates and not guaranteed. Additionally, these do not include order processing time. While we aim to process all orders within 5 days, occasionally it may take up to 7 days. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we prepare your order for shipment.

Delivery Charges

​

A flat rate delivery charge of $35, including GST, is charged (Except for bulky items) for all orders under $100 within Australia. *Offer does not apply to furniture, bulky items or overseas orders. Shipping fees can be checked at check-out.​

Unable to receive your order in person?

​

If you would like to authorise the delivery agent to leave your package if no one is available to sign for the delivery, you can do so through the checkout process. The criteria are that there must be no shared entrance or common space, and the location must be in a protected and secure area. If a delivery destination is not deemed acceptable according to these criteria, then the delivery agent will leave a card instead of the product. There may be a card outlining alternative delivery arrangements left if no one can sign for the delivery. The driver will snap a photo of the delivery location to ensure the location is recorded accurately.

All prices quoted online include GST. All prices quoted online exclude shipping and delivery charges.

 

International Orders

Delivery is now available within Australia at this time. The delivery rate can be seen at check-out.
