We are very serious about Design and craft, and we want you to love these pieces as much as we do! At Dekure. Our items are thoroughly inspected before shipping, but damages are caused, and we ask that, upon receipt, you check your pieces and notify us of any damage within 48 hours. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: custom upholstery or rug swatches, furniture, art, products sold at warehouses or popup shops or gift cards. Backorder dates may be amended. Furniture can take an additional 5-7 working days in transit. Any piece which requires extra shipping care or must ship freight shall be charged a handling fee. The cost of moving a piece in the desired place is covered by this fee and does not include removing or assembling the packaging material.
